Emma Roberts was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Texas at Austin before obtaining her Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. During law school, Emma served as a staff editor for the SMU Law Review and competed in national moot court competitions, earning recognition for her written advocacy and oral argument skills.
After graduation, Emma began her career handling a broad range of civil litigation matters, including business disputes, real estate conflicts, construction claims, and employment-related cases. Over time, she developed a specialized focus in auto-industry related civil litigation, particularly breach of contract disputes involving vehicle sales, leases, rentals, and commercial fleet agreements.
Emma now primarily practices in these areas, supporting clients through complex contractual disagreements and providing strategic guidance on auto-industry disputes. She is actively involved in all phases of litigation—from drafting pleadings and managing discovery to preparing for hearings, mediations, and trials.
