Personal Experience

Martin Williams was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Government from the University of Texas at Austin before obtaining his Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School. During law school, Martin served on the Harvard Journal on Legislation and gained early litigation experience through the school’s Trial Advocacy Workshop, where he developed a strong foundation in case strategy and courtroom preparation.

Admitted to practice more than a decade ago, Martin began his career working with several prominent civil litigation firms, where he handled a wide range of matters, including breach of contract disputes, commercial litigation, insurance coverage issues, fraud and misrepresentation claims, and other general civil disputes. His work included representing businesses, insurers, and individuals in high-stakes, multi-party litigation.

Over time, Martin developed a specialized focus in auto-industry related litigation, including disputes involving vehicle sales, leasing agreements, commercial fleet contracts, dealership operations, and insurance coverage linked to auto transactions. His combined experience in contract law, fraud cases, and insurance coverage gives him a unique, cross-disciplinary perspective that benefits clients across the automotive and commercial sectors.
