Keith Morris is the Managing Partner of the firm and serves as its acting head attorney. With decades of experience representing small businesses, mid-sized companies, and commercial enterprises, Keith has developed the firm on a foundation of strategic advocacy, practical problem-solving, and results-driven litigation.
Keith earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Texas A&M University in 1997 before obtaining his Juris Doctor from University of Houston Law Center in 2001.
After being admitted to practice, Keith began his legal career litigating high-stakes business matters at established litigation firms, where he handled breach of contract claims, partnership disputes, insurance coverage litigation, fraud and misrepresentation cases, and a wide range of commercial conflicts. His early experience representing both businesses and insurers shaped his ability to assess risk, anticipate opposing strategies, and position cases for efficient resolution or trial when necessary.
Over time, Keith developed a reputation as a go-to litigation attorney for business clients navigating disputes that threaten operations, revenue, or long-term stability. His hands-on approach ensures consistency, accountability, and strategic alignment across all firm matters.
